ΤΑ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙΑ ΤΩΝ OSCARS

Ο RICHARD BALCOMBE θεωρείται σήμερα ένας από τους κορυφαίους μουσικούς διευθυντές στο χώρο του musical και με μεγάλη δραστηριότητα στο West End του Λονδίνου. Ο σπουδαίος αυτός καλλιτέχνης έχει επιλέξει για φέτος και έχει προετοιμάσει ο ίδιος μία παράσταση η οποία είναι αφιερωμένη στα τραγούδια που έχουν διακριθεί στα περίφημα βραβεία OSCARS . Όπως είναι γνωστό πολλά από τα τραγούδια αυτά έχουν σημειώσει τεράστια επιτυχία και έχουν πουλήσει εκατομμύρια δίσκους σε όλο τον κόσμο. Για συνεργάτες του στην παράσταση αυτή, με τον ίδιο στο πιάνο, ο Richard Balcombe έχει επιλέξει την σπουδαία και γνωστή σε όλους μας τραγουδίστρια Deborah Myers και τον Graham Bickley , οι οποίοι έχουν ερμηνεύσει μέχρι σήμερα πρωταγωνιστικούς ρόλους σε πάρα πολλά musical . Ma ζί τους θα είναι ακόμη δύο τραγουδιστές με δραστηριότητα στο West End .

«The OSCAR winning songs»

The Academy Award for Best Original Song is one of the awards given annually to the songwriters who have composed the best original song written specifically for a film. The award category was introduced at the 7th Academy Awards, the ceremony honoring the best in film for 1934. Only songs that are “original and written specifically for the film” are eligible to win. A compilation of these songs are especially arranged by acclaimed maestro and pianist Richard Balcombe, to be performed in a unique performance. Songs that made history like “Up where we belong”, “Take my breath away”, “Streets of Philadelphia”, “Evergreen”, “Que Sera, Sera”, “Fame” and many many others. To perform these songs Richard Balcombe has invited the well recognized musical and theatre performers Deborah Myers and Graham Bickley.
